Dog boarding conditions
- All dogs must be up to date with their yearly booster and Kennel Cough vaccination (do not do the two together), without these inoculations, or if your pet is suspected of suffering from any infectious or contagious disease, admission will be refused
- Allow 14 days post-vaccination and booster before entry into kennels (if in doubt about vaccination dates please contact the kennels before vaccinating)
- We do allow dogs who haven't had their kennel cough vaccination, however, if they do unfortunately get that whilst they are here, they won't be covered under our insurance.
- Please bring your pet's vaccination certificate with you
- If customers are going abroad, we need full details for an emergency contact should anything go wrong
- Consent forms need to be signed as if we need to take your animal to the vet, the vet will ask for written consent before treating the animal
- If your pet has been abroad, we can't take them in until 28 days has passed due to rabies concerns
- Diet and medication instructions must be given in writing
- Please leave emergency contact numbers
- Due to Government legislation, there are now rules regarding the sharing of kennels. Dogs from the same household are allowed to share a kennel (but they live in the same house), but dogs from different households, even in the same family, must be booked into separate kennels.
